Refund Policy:

 

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• The wrong item was delivered.

• The item delivered is damaged or inedible.

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind.

• Customer error in ordering.

• Delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.

 

Refund time frame:

Refunds shall be issued in 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time.
