Pillars of Sanatana Dharma are its culture, its education, delightfully tasty food, its customs, beliefs, knowledge and art. Sanatana Dharma is constantly under attack today, as it was for thousands of years.

Isn’t it our duty to protect our own Sanatan Dharma, which is under attack now and for thousands of years, by supporting the very community of temple cooks that has sustained it for thousands of years with authentic cuisine for the devotees?

 

We present an enterprise, formed for a social cause, to let our temple cooks earn with self respect, who are facing the wrath of times and societal apathy.  Along with a good business, everyone who contributes to this mission will also earn great “punya”, as the cooks have been serving temples for generations spanning thousands of years.

There are 2 broad kind of outlets possible. 


1. Cloud Kitchen with Quick Service for walk in guests. In this outlet, there is no sitting. People can either order online or come, stand and eat and enjoy a quick service. Here the space required is smaller, hence the investment is lesser.

2. Fine fine. In this outlet, there is air conditioned sitting. People can either order online or come, sit and and eat to and enjoy quality time with family and friends. Here the space required is larger and location becomes a deciding factor, hence the investment is higher.

 

QSR outlets will be more in number than a fine dine restaurant. 

What are the roles of a partner and Simpliiyers team?

Simpliiyers takes care of end to end setup of the outlet. Simpliiyers operates the outlets with its manpower, authentic ingredients, systems. IT processes, recipies and to assure consistently high quality. Simpliiyers has a central branding and marketing team for all outlets to plan and execute its digital marketing campagins to reach maximum audience.

The business partner, with its local contacts, helps drive the institutional sales and arranges for finance  to setup the outlet and finance the operational expenses till breakeven.

What kind of outlets are you planning to have and where?  

Why has Simpliiyers not taken  VC Funding?

Simpliiyers is much more than just a business. it is a movement to to protect and nurture sanatana dharma. We encourage involvement of like minded partners and would like passionate souls to promote the outlets in their area, globally. Hence a conscious decision is taken to  let hundreds of partners be a part of the journey, rather than just a few investors or venture capital funds. 

How should i structure the partner entity?

You can form an LLP or a Pvt Ltd Company to get into partnership with Simpliiyers. A service agreement and a brand licensing agreement is signed with this entity and simpliiyers with a tenure of 10 years. One partner entity can be a part of many outlets (usually in the same city).

How much time will I need to devote every day to the outlet?

You can give zero time to the outlet. We deeply appreciate your commitment to the mission, but make no demands on your time. You could be doing your full time job or running any other part time of full time venture. Its perfectly alright. All operations are taken care of by simpliiyers team, needing no day to day involvement from your side. 

How authentic is the  data in the system?

All the information regarding the outlet operations is available to you on our digital platform transparently, in real time. Our international platform gives you instant visibility of all the purchases, sales and expenses for running the outlet. All transactions are recorded and are by bank transfers.

What is the profit sharing arrangement with partners.

Unlike a typical franchising arrangement, which takes a percentage of the top line and a percentage of the bottom line, Simpliiyers treats its partners equally, as a part of one family. In line with this thought, the profits from the operations are shared 50:50 equally with the partner on a monthly basis. We appreciate the partners efforts to bring in institutional sales and finance the setup and operations to breakeven, by believing in the Simpliiyers mission.  

What is a typical investment required to start an outlet?

A typical QSR outlet in India needs an investment of around Rs. 50 Lacs. Dine in investment depends on the area available and location. it usually starts at around Rs. 1.5 crores. The investments are estimated for leased premises. Not owned premises. As the location is identified, on signup, a detailed business plan is shared with the partner, fine tuning the numbers. 

What is the target segment for Simpliiyers?

Simpliiyers provides high quality, authentic, no aluminum cooking, no preservatives, no color with large portion sizes and authentic reciepies to guests who can afford to pay a premium to get highest possible quality, cooked by temple cooks. Simpliiyers does not compete on price, but provides a fantastic experience to its guests. Simpliiyers undertakes special events, but not typical office catering.
