For orders taken directly by Simpliiyers! ( A division of Arrows Cloud Kitchens Pvt Ltd), no returns shall be taken.
For orders taken via Swiggy and Zomato, their respective refund policies shall apply.

We strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.
Refund Policy:

For orders taken directly by Simpliiyers! ( A division of Arrows Cloud Kitchens Pvt Ltd), refunds will be issued in the following cases:

The wrong item was delivered.

The item delivered is damaged or inedible.
For orders taken via Swiggy and Zomato, their respective refund policies shall apply.
Refunds will not be issued for:

For orders taken directly by Simpliiyers! ( A division of Arrows Cloud Kitchens Pvt Ltd), refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind.

Customer error in ordering.

Delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.
For orders taken via Swiggy and Zomato, their respective refund rejection policies shall apply.

Refund time frame:

For orders taken directly by Simpliiyers! ( A division of Arrows Cloud Kitchens Pvt Ltd), Refunds shall be issued in 7 working days.
For orders taken via Swiggy and Zomato, their respective refund time frame policies shall apply.
Refund intimation

For orders taken directly by Simpliiyers! ( A division of Arrows Cloud Kitchens Pvt Ltd), Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
For orders taken via Swiggy and Zomato, their respective refund communication policies shall apply.
Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Sunnysriram@arrowsck.com

Refund of Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items on special offers cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:

We do not exchange any items, as the items are food items
​
Gifts:
​
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
​Cancellation Policy:

For orders taken directly by Simpliiyers! ( A division of Arrows Cloud Kitchens Pvt Ltd), Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at 8655885289
