Shipping Policy

Delivery Time:

​

All Simpliiyers! (A division of Arrows Cloud Kitchens Pvt Ltd) orders are processed within 30 minutes on working days during working hours after receiving your order confirmation online. 

​

Standard processing  time of 30 minutes is for quantities less than or equal to 10 Portions. For higher quantities, please confirm the time with us before ordering.

Orders booked via Zomato and Swiggy will be delivered as per the timelines shown on their respective apps.

​

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped from Zomato and Swiggy.

Delivery Delays:

​

Delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions may cause delays.

 

Delivery may be delayed due to internal reasons of Zomato and Swiggy, beyond our control.

Delivery charges 

​

We offer free delivery for upto 2 kms from our kitchen. 

​

For longer distances, a delivery charge of rs 25 per Km shall apply. 

 

Maximum delivery distance is 10 Km. 

 

We do not deliver to any destination that is beyond 10 km for online orders.

 

For bulk orders for events and functions, please contact us for special delivery terms.

 

All items include a GST of 5% in the price. The GST rate may change as per relevant government notification in future.
